My tongue still feel uneasy saying Adobe Flash. Seems like the the years I've been through with Macromedia really means a lot to me. I've started exploring Flash since Macromedia Flash 4. I think It was around my 2nd year of college. The tutorial bundled with the Program had became a very good teacher for me. It was all about tweening and motion. You can have nice animation here and there, everywhere. That was my first experience with Flash.
Then, the next Flash Generation landed on earth. Macromedia Flash 5. A great new experience with Flash ActionScript. Say hi to Object Oriented (though i didn't know what it was :p). Since then, I like to play with scripting animation, and even combining tween and scripting together.
Flash has kept on growing. It has became more adult, and more reliable. It has been used not only in web, but also as application, game, movie, etc. Now, the Adobe team has adopted Macromedia, so goodbye Macromedia Flash, and welcome Adobe Flash. Here are some Knowledge Base of Flash from me:
- What is Flash?
- Whom is it for?
- Flash, let's do it!
- Flash is enough
